The infrastructure of the locality is a threat for good placements to the institute. In order to overcome this threat the quality of students, staff and infrastructure is to be improved to a great extent so as to attract good companies to the campus for placements. The absence of academic culture among the faculty could be improved by effecting changes in the administrative and academic level and giving training to them in the state-of-art. To improve co-curricular activities, we need to emphasize on the personality development side of the students. To achieve this we plan to implement soft skills development training programs and set up a new language lab, which is unique to the district, thereby developing the language skills and presentations skills of the students. To create awareness amoung students to get placements in MNC and also for higher studies. This facility can also be extended to the society, especially the backward communities of the nearby institutes.
